A Mix of Trends

Neon Pink top: Forever21 | Bandeau: Penshoppe |  Floral shorts: Kishia Clauden | Bag: SM department store | Sandals: Solemate

I have been so ecstatic about being in Boracay for the first time so I decided to bring along light clothes that matched my mood! Boracay is the perfect place to flaunt and be yourself and nobody would care. You can walk around in a bikini, wear any beach outfit, be artistic with hennas and braids, anything you can imagine under the sun. What better way to be comfy and trendy than wear neon, aztec and floral in a whole outfit. haha. I wore this during the afternoon of the 13th wherein we walked around station 2, food trip at D*Mall and enjoyed the cool breeze near the shore.

Its Flowers I want, Flowers I shall get

Haha! I'm just kidding with my post title. :p
The floral trend has been flooding blogs, fashion sites and runways as of the moment so I wanted to try it for myself. It's such a risky thing to create looks with bold prints because you may end up committing a fashion crime. Last month, I stumbled upon this online shop for babies called Lauren Therese and saw these floral leggings which actually is a Mommy-daughter pair. I immediately bought it and imagined me and Sam wearing them on Mother's day. And we did. :)
Awkward!hahaha
Blue blazer: Bazaar | Inner top: H&M | Floral leggings: Lauren Therese

I tried to make use of what I have lying inside my closet that matches these leggings. I actually wanted to pair it with a sleeveless denim top just because floral+denim actually works. But then I haven't had luck on buying what I imagined so I just color matched  blue, dark pink and green from top to bottom. Then a neutral color for the shoes. Also, I hope my tassel necklace caught your attention. Want to know where I got them?Find out in my next post.:)

And here's a teaser photo on how we celebrated Mother's day. Sam and me with matching leggings.haha
For mommies, check out Lauren Therese page . They have lots of cute stuff for you and your baby, plus MTO Tutu dresses, skirts and bustles!

So cute!!!:)

HUGS AND KISSES TO ALL MOMMIES!!!

Amidst the Heat

Sheer floral robe: Gift | Top: Bayo | Leggings: July | Sandals: PeoplearePeople

Okay, so..Amidst the heat, I wore this! haha. If you're thinking that I sweated a lot with this outfit, think again. We did our Visita Iglesia so I opted to wear something comfortable since we'll be going from one church to another and I'd be carrying Sam the whole time. I also wore leggings to make it appropriate for church. Shoutout to Ate Mich for giving me this cute floral robe too! Super love the floral design and its sheer so its very light.
On the other hand, I'm so ready for you Mr. Sun! Excited for our beach getaway next week. Finally time for some rest and relaxation and fun time for the kids! I'll be posting my getaway must haves on my next blog.
Enjoy the heat everyone!haha

Gender Breaker

Floral top: Topshop | Bandage skirt: Bazaar | Bag: Parisian | Brogues: Parisian
HYPE MY LOOK:

I entitled this post " Gender Breaker" since I'm wearing all girly-girly from top to skirt and I paired it with this lovely pair of brown Brogues. I love the color combination of floral and neutral.

Today, I met up with a friend at the mall coz she asked me a favor to help her find a goddess-inspired dress for their party. So I'm a.k.a her "Stylist" haha! Im flattered that she came up to me to dress her up! We had a number of choices that suits her with designs like draping and sheers, one piece wonders and color blocking! Most of the dresses where from SM Philippine Fashion Week pieces. Im excited of the final look that my friend will wear.:)

Florals over Colors.

Floral blazer: Thrifted  |  Mustard top: SM department store | Bandage skirt | Satchel bag: Closet chic | Jeffrey Campbell inspired platforms: PrimaDonna

This is what I wore during the Forever21 opening. I love the current trend of color blocking so I paired this electric blue skirt with a mustard top, which by the way is so comfy to wear since its silky. I felt my look lacked something so I threw on this cute "kurdoroy" floral blazer and viola! To finish, I used neutral colors for my bag and shoes so that it wouldn't look off.
